What is the recurring ingredient for success in business, and indeed the common cause of failures? In my experience, and I suspect yours too, it’s the effectiveness of management and quality of leadership.

Inspiring Leaders to Grow is the mission of Martyn Carr Coaching LTD. Our primary focus is working with new and would-be leaders who realise that they need to acquire certain management skills or become a better leader.

Based in Mid Sussex, UK, while our geographic focus is the Gatwick Diamond business area, we do work across Europe when required.

Leadership Coaching

We work exclusively with leaders or would-be leaders and offer one-to-one coaching to corporate clients or on a private basis. Sessions for corporate clients are typically held face to face in a mutually convenient venue, but may be video or phone calls too. Private coaching sessions are either held in Mid Sussex or again as a video / phone calls.

Business Coaching

Clients who are faced with complex business challenges often benefit from the collaborative support of an independent and experienced leader, someone who can seamlessly mix coaching, mentoring and consulting with practical leadership experience. In particular we help firms that need to modernise their IT, reinvent their business model, bed-in a new operating model, or work effectively with a new supplier.

Coaching Skills Training

Most management level job descriptions contain a line which say ‘to coach and develop your staff’, and yet many leaders have no clue how to coach. With over 10 years’ experience delivering coaching skills training to leaders with staff responsibilities we can help you acquire this valuable skill. On our courses we explain what coaching is, demonstrate how to use it and engage all the delegates in the magic ingredient that is simply ‘lots of practice’.

Martyn Carr Coaching

My name is Martyn, and I think of myself as a husband, a father, a brother and various other family roles. I am also a would-be grandfather but currently no signs on that front yet!

Professionally I have always viewed myself as a student of management and leadership – I love these subjects and for the last 12 years I have been in love with coaching too, both as a leadership attitude and vital skillset.
