Our passion is current and would-be leaders, and in particular Next Generation Leaders. Aged approximately 25-40 years old, Next Gen. Leaders are people who often have a technical skill within say a business function, profession or trade, however, they can lack certain management skills to operate effectively at the next level. In these cases, we often combine our coaching led style with a degree of focused mentoring.
We also work with experienced managers who want to step up into being a more effective leader, setting direction and generating a willing ‘followership’.
We like to work with Client organisations under a single contract, and then support the development of several leaders, each with a personalised coaching agreement. With these arrangements the coaching is undertaken at a mutually convenient location.
We are happy to work 1-2-1 on a private basis too with a relatively small number of leaders for those cases where our Mid Sussex base is convenient.
In all cases we agree the specific goals for each coaching program with our clients and start our coaching relationships relatively small so as to build confidence and ensure value from your investment.
In our experience, good contracting is a vital part of an effective coaching relationship and our arrangements are straight forward, clear about goals, the coaching process, commercial terms and reporting back to the client while protecting vital interests like confidentiality.
